Why can't I see contact names after importing .vcf?

why cant i see contact name after importing .vcf?

i have created vcf from excel sheet by converting it to cvs and then from cvs to vcf. but after exporting the created vcf in my android it dont show contact name, but it shows contact number insted. am i making mistake while choosing field or by creating wrong field.
can you please help?
