Simi Clock over other widgets

I'm sorry if this isn't the right forum, I wasn't sure where to ask this.

I've seen people have the simi clock with the smooth calendar app right under it, extending the diving line down. I can't figure out how to do this. I can resize them but when simi starts to over lap smooth, it turns red.
I'm using ADW.Launcher at the moment, I have LauncherPro installed but I know I can't resize unless I buy the Plus version.
Is the free launcher hindering me from resizing these properly?

I don't know about ADW, but you do need the paid version of Launcher. Basically you just put Simiclock where you want it, then the calendar where you want it, then resize Simiclock and just overlay the calendar.

It's pretty simple, but you do need the paid version of Launcher in order to resize it.

You might be able to do it with ADW. Try long pressing the app > edit.

I know you can do it with ADW EX -- it even has an option to allow widget overlaying. Otherwise you'll need Launcher Pro Plus like EvilMonkey said.
