Why am I getting Package File not Signed while Loading Apps on my Samsung Galaxy Device?

I am getting "Package File not Signed" while Loading App on Samsung Galaxy Device.

Can any one please try to understand how this is happens and any way to fix the issue.?

Couple of My friends told me "Clear Data" of the particular App, but Am afraid to do that. Is there any specific way to fix this issue.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you installing this app from an established app source like Google Play Store, or are you manually installing it as an apk file that you downloaded from somewhere?
