Why isn't my Note 3 updating?

Note 3 not updating

Hi,
I have galaxy note 3 SM-N900, my android version 4.4.2.
Every time I try to update my mobile using software update from setting>General>about device>Software update>update.
I receive message “the latest updates have already been installed”.
I need to update it to lollipop.
Developer mode was on, I reset my mobile to factory setting, and now it is off, but mobile still not updating.

Your carrier has to send out the update. If they aren't sending out 4.4.4 or Lollipop, you're not going to get it from them. You can probably find update files for that model Note 3 at XDA Forums.

All my friends received all new updates using same carrier, even using home or work WIFI I receive same message.
