Videos become corrupted when put on phone

So, I've been putting some episodes of shows on my SD card, and they transfer fine, but the moment I put the card in my phone, certain files become unplayable, even in windows. And it's not random, it's the same video files corrupting every time. One show I transfered, the first 15 episodes work perfectly, but the second half of the show corrupts, which is odd since they're the same file format, and the same sized episodes. Does anyone have any light to shed on this?

Have you done them in smaller batches? SD cards have a file transfer limit as I recall.
