Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, it's mostly English here. Have you already tried apps like Malwarebytes, Lookout, AVG, Avast, etc.?

I started phone in Safe Mode but can´t find this virus so I can delete it. Then downloaded AVAST but can´t make it to run in Safe Mode. Would it help to reset phone to factory Settings? Please help..

With malware like that, it's usually best to do a factory reset. After finishing the Setup Wizard, go immediately to the Play Store and prevent any app from automatically installing. Now see if the malware is still there.

Hi all, done a factory reset on my phone and virus/locked screen disappeared. What a relief. Run AVAST to eliminate & protect. Cheers
