whay can i do now?

My yu yureka was stocked with android kitkat.I rooted my device and it went well but when i tried to install a bootloader recovery it stucked in a bootloop.then i surfed the internet for some solutions and i saw that most of the turorials used cynogen 11 rom but my device was originally stocked with kitkat but i tried their method and flashed cynogen in fastboot.and here is my real problem.It shows like an uncabled tv or somethin like a broken LCD. I dont know what happened please help me.

It sounds like the device may be bricked. Are you able to enter recovery? If so, try a factory reset and re-install the ROM. If you can restore to factory then do that. If nothing works then it may be bricked and can't be repaired.
