Is anyone using Apportunity Software by Patrick Chan

I am having a big problem saving the menu pages after editing. It just says content not found. So have to keep re-trying Save.
Have tried this with all browsers and all return same .

Any one any answers. Patrick Chans support team are very slow in answering ( 3 days or more )
