ever since the newest galaxy upgrade, my phone has been restarting all the time???

i just downloaded the newest galaxy upgrade for my s6 the other day, and ever since my phone has been restarting multiple times a day. advice on what to do? id like to try what i can before i go to at&t or send it in

Wipe system cache via recovery.

Factory reset if that doesn't work.
