Why can't I make Google Now Launcher appear on my Settings Home?

I cannot make Google Now Launcher appear on my Settings Home

I've loaded Google Now Launcher, and now I want it to replace the ASUS Launcher, but my Settings>Home only shows the ASUS Launcher.
