How to keep all icons in one place?

App icons are scattered on screen. How to keep them in one folder & lock them?

Long press on an app icon and drag it on top of another app icon. This will create a folder. Also it's worth baring in mind that the app icons on the home screen are just shortcuts. You can remove them without it impacting the app itself.
