How can I stop my volume from going down?

hi i have just purchase a new hand set of vivo v1 max but i am facing a problem in it
when i lift my phone its ringing volume goes very slow not even hear probably can some one tell me the solution against it

Welcome to AC.

Before you pick it up, it rings normal correct? This sounds like a,setting in the phone that will decrease the ringtone volume once it's been detected you have picked it up.

I'd go though the rington/call/accessibility settings.
