My One plus one Bricked! Pls someone Help me

My one plus one Drenched in rain and after tat it struck with recovery loop. i installed OS many times and at one point of time it booted into OS by luck , due to moisture i switched off my phone and i have kept it in a rice bowl. the next day , when i switch on my phone again it started recovery loop. i tried One plus one recovery tool , twrp flash, cwm flash,philz recovery flash, Qualcomm Usb mode flash, nothing worked and it again boots directly into Recovery mode. Fastboot mode is not working. Is my motherboard damaged ? or any solution is there to boot into os ? PLS Help

Most likely the device is irreparably damaged from the water.
