Help - how do i get rid of these, does my phone have a virus

I've been getting messages similar in style, they all all pop up ones, the most recent one i got says your lg volt battery is damaged, click okay to install this app. I don't and haven't clicked on these pop ups, but i would like to get rid of them so they stop coming up on my phone. Its still a fairly new phone.

If they are in your browser then I would clear cache and app data on the browser.

Also, I would try to uninstall any apps installed since you started seeing the app

Also, send a malware report to Google.
