Can you wipe your phone screen with an antibacterial wipe?

There's no screen protector on; just the screen itself. Would using Clorox wipes to clean the surface of the phone damage the screen if it's not a waterproof phone?

No harm will be done. Only thing to be concern about is getting excessive moister in any speaker ports and in/around home button.
