Can anyone help me choose which phone to buy ?

Hello, I'm new here and I have been around here for quite a while and the community is really nice.

I need help to see which phone should I buy myself since my display got broken on my S3 so I don't have any phone right now.

Here is more info:

I don't do anything on my phone except web-browsing (watching videos mostly at youtube) and playing games.

What I would wish for the cellphone to have is:

Resolution: 1280x720+
Screen Size: Same as on S3 and/or larger.
And for it to look thin.

And that's about it.

Budget right now is somewhere around $500 maximum but I'd rather not spend all of this like that unless it's worth it.

Any suggestions ?

I would recommend the s6,since you are already used to Samsung.

I would check out the 2014 Moto X. It is sleek, very customizable, works well, near stock android, and is pretty inexpensive.
