I have a contact whose calls come through but not texts. How can I fix this?

I have a contact whose calls come thorugh, but not texts.

This happened once before with another contact and lasted for about 6 months before I suddenly started receiving her texts again. Calls come though fine. Nothing for texts come through, no notification, no text nothing.
