I set up a Samsung Account but it doesn't appear under Back Up & Reset. What do i do?

I set up a Samsung Account but it doesn't appear under Back Up & Reset.

I want to back up to Samsung prior to doing a reset, but don't see my Samsung account on that screen. If I go to Accounts, it is there. What to do?

You can use kies or smart switch to backup
