What should I do if my phone won't power up?

what should i do if my phone wont power up

i dropped my starmobile muse ( fixed cover, and no home button) in the toilet so i placed it in a bowl of uncooked rice when i got it out i plugged it in to charge it then i got a response (the screen load with a battery percent and it also vibrated) that it is charging but when i tried turning it on it just won't turn on. What should i do?
