Can't register my Samsung S (GT 19000) on my Samsung account
In order to update my Samsung S (aka GT 19000) It requests me to sign into my Samsung account. I am experiencing the following two problems: -
1) It does not recognise my password and therefore i cannot proceed
2 Trying to register this phone on the Samsung site - it does not recognise my IMEI number and therefore i can progress this route either.
I understand smy phone is an "old" phone, however she works well. I am trying to find a means to back up all my data, contacts, photos and files. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thank you!!
