I never received offer how do I check my confirmation for a reason

After installing the Samsung pay app and registering for the free wireless charger I received an email with "Registration Confirmation Number"
When I called Samsung to find out when I can expect to receive it I was told by the end of December. It is now almost the middle of January and I have still not received it and cannot get any response from Samsung. Is there a way to check my confirmation number to see what is happening??

Hi - not to my knowledge. Have you tried calling them again? can you send them an email?
