Outlook 2013 - read on device

Are there Android applications I can use to sync with Outlook 2013 on my Win7 computer ?
My wish is to get my Windows Outlook 2013 , all accounts the same folder structure sow I can use it on my Android Device Samsung Galaxy S6

Getting the same folder structure really depends on the type of account you're dealing with. Some create a local copy of the structure from the server (IMAP) which can be done with the Gmail app. If it's a POP account, it gets a little trickier as the folder structure resides on your PC, not on the server.

I can't consciously suggest the Outlook app, there is a glaring security concern. That concern is that when you register your account with the app it's actually saving your account info to one of THEIR servers, that server then constantly checks for new mail to push to your device. I know this is for iOS but I would believe the Android version is the same.
