After update phone turns off and on non stop

after update phone will turn off start up sony then xperia the colours then shut off and do it again over and over about an hour now

You need to reflash the firmware to your device. You will have to google or search over on XDA for a guide. Unfortunately, Sony is the only major brand that I've never learned anything about.
