Why cant install my apps (eg Facebook) from Playstore on Nexus7 2012 with CM 12.1 Nightly?

I have rooted my NEXUS 7 2012 and installled Cyanogen mod 12.1 nightly. But I cant install my apps from playstore. they seem installled. I am a newbie in rooting and I want to install at least Facebook , Tapatalj etc. Is ther a problem? What should I do

Did you Add your Google account already, then open the Play Store and log into that Google account? After that, you should be able to install stuff, I know I was able to when I was running CM years ago. It was pretty straightforward.

Went to goole play entered with my account find my apps but every one says installed. no option to install cant explain. I went to play store thrue the cm browser. Is there any other way to add account or go to play store?
