ERROR : Boot Certification Verify, how can I fix this?

ERROR : Boot Certification Verify

When I turn the phone on the LG screen pops up showing this
ERROR : Boot Certification Verify
[930] ----------------------------------
[930] Secure boot Error!
[930] Cause: Boot Certification verify
[930]
[930]
[930]-----------------------------------

AND then the phone shuts right back off. What does that mean and how can I fix it so the phone can go completely on and stay on so I can use it.
