how do I get my phone to get past the LG logo when I power on the phone?

I was trying to delete apps that I don't use at all and I accidentally deleted the Google Plus app that was in my phone. All of a sudden, all the apps started crashing in the phone at once. It freezes immediately when powered on and will not let me even passed the LG logo. No matter what I have done, I cannot get passed the turn on logo to even reset the phone to a manufacture reset. I do not know what else I can even do to start up the phone. Please help.

If this is a G4, I think the app deletion was a coincidence, not the cause. The early G4's had many that suffered a hardware failure resulting in a boot loop like what you're seeing. A warranty claim is about your only option, but go check out the G4 sub-forum here for more info if you have one.
