Phone not unlocking after wrong fingerprints, what can I do?

Phone not unlocking after wrong fingerprints

Fingerprint not working neither the back up password so i tried putting in my gmail account still nothing. Does the phone need to have some access to the internet in order to use the gmail account to unlock the phone

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Are you certain you entered the correct backup PIN/password?

Make sure two-step authentication for your Google account is turned off.
