Trio stealth g5 7- frozen

Tried factory resetting my Trio because it has been acting slow and glitching lately. It has now been stuck on the same "erasing" little android robot for 24 hours now. What the heck? please help

Force a reboot by holding the power button or removing the battery. See if that helps.

Welcome to Android Central! I'd suspect either firmware or hardware defect. This is unfortunately more common with off-brand devices like yours. You could try contacting the manufacturer for support.
