How can I factory reset my daughters phone?

i need to factory reset my daughters phone

but i cant get the menu to scroll to the correct selection is there another way to do a factory reset ? It is a Pantech Model # ADR8995VW

How are you trying to scroll? Volume Up and Volume Down should work. (Unless Pantech disabled Factory Reset in that menu. Then try Settings/General/Backup and Reset/Factory reset.)
