Canvas HD A116 App crash

I am using Canvas HD A116. There was no problem but recently I have been facing issue of crashing many apps. E.g. Settings, Gmail, Google Drive, Paytm and many more. I reset phone. Hard reset and soft reset both but still problem persists. I can open Gmail but when I tried to look in to mail it crashes. In settings app, I can browse some option but when I go for tethering it crashes. I wipe out cache partition. Deleted all data many times but not solved yet. Can i upgrade my android? As such there is no feature of system update in my phone.
