Bricked Phone After Failed Encryption

Hello, I just recently attempted to encrypt my rooted phone and after 2 hours of a constantly looping animation I Googled how long it should normally take and saw people saying 10-30 minutes but the phone said an hour in the warning. After noticing it getting ridiculously hot and not turning off and back on I decided to turn it of using the power button. Now whenever I turn it on I get the JFLTE Dev Connection Team opening animation with the blinking LED then it says "Android is starting...." then it comes to a screen where it allows me to enter my pin and an "Emergency Dialer" option that takes awhile to load in properly. Then when I correctly enter my pin I get to the JFLTE Dev Connection Team opening animation without the blinking LED and it stays in loop. Please help!
