Concerned with local proxy in LAN

My LAN uses a local proxy and a authentication username and password which i have.. I set up manual proxy settings in network and sharing center which i need to do in order to use Internet.. After that i need to set manual configuration in browser and after that it asks me user name and password and i can use Internet.. But only in browser.. Does anyone here know how to tunnel that net to whole laptop and unrestricted..

Not without redoing the router. It's the router that's restricting you. (You can't "tunnel through" a router - if you do, you're not routed, so you're presenting the same IP address to the same network - the internet - twice, and that doesn't work. [Usually both devices - your router and your laptop - will find themselves with no connection.])
