Why are only some of my text messages going through?

Text Messaging Issue

My phone is allowing me to send text messages, but when I send messages to some people, it says the text was sent, but the little gray triangle with an exclamation mark is still there. This only happens with some contacts. I can send two messages to two different people at the exact same time, and one will go through, but the other won't. I'm using the Verizon Messaging app.

Have you tried a different messaging app? You can also go into main settings>>applications and then clear the data cache for the app. That may help.
