What modern android phone can I "bring" to Total Wireless?

After first learning that it can't have the capability to be on 4g connectivity, then learning it can't have a SIM card slot, I may be stuck with ordering a phone from Total as a last resort. I can't seem to find a list of them anywhere or a resource that will let me eliminate all phones with SIM card slots. Looking for decent stats in an unlocked (CDMA?) phone. Help please?? ;-;

Welcome to Android Central! Verizon and Sprint use CDMA, but I think Sprint phones can be trickier to unlock, while Verizon phones are already carrier unlocked. So you could look for used Verizon phones on eBay or Swappa.
