My touch pad's press to click and right click options don't work anymore, what can I do?

My touch pad's press to click and right click options don't work anymore

Out of nowhere, my computer's touch pad stopped working fully. I can still tap to click the mouse, but pressing the track pad down no longer works. Also, I had disabled the right click option for the lower right portion of the pad in favor of the double finger double click. However, the double finger option no longer works, and I can't figure out how to re-enable the lower right portion.
