Can I use just one group instead of having contacts listed?

Can I use just one group instead of

I would like to use the individual groups for my contacts instead of having contacts listed in "My Contacts" and the alternate group. I will still use the "My Contacts" group for contacts that are not in their individual group. Is there any
way to do this?

Welcome to Android Central! That's dependent on the Contacts app--most stock Contacts app will only let you display one group at a time (by tapping Menu>Contacts to Display>Customize). You could try 3rd party contacts apps in Google Play Store, like Contacts+.
