S Health freezes on a regular basis when I am attempting to use it. Any suggestions?

Shealth freezes on a regular basis when I am attempting to use it.

When using my Shealth app it will freeze up and the only way to do anything with my phone at that point is to take the battery out for a moment. Any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Try going to the App Manager, select S Health, and Clear Cache. If that doesn't help, Clear Data as well.
