I purchased a Samsung Galaxy grand prime about a week ago. Just today I started having issues with calls.
I can hear the person on the other end but they cannot hear me. This goes for Facebook calls as well.
I have tried the obvious like making sure nothing is muted,tried with speaker on and off.
I even tried recording my voice. This is the interesting part. If I talk VERY loudly directly into the mic and have the volume turned all the way up on play back I can hear myself faintly but mostly a static noise. Hmmmm. I have factory reset it as well. Please, help. As this is a pre-paid phone I cannot return it. And I am 160 dollars in ! Very upsetting.
