Why are my app icons vanished from android menu?

I didn't do a thung but sudenly the are gone and i don't know how to fix it.

What android menu are you talking about?
Do you mean the app drawer, the list of all your apps?
If so, can you access the app in any other way still?
Check if it still appears in your Settings > apps.

This happened to me also a while ago on my Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 GT-I8160 running Vanir AOSP Rom on Android 4.4.4. I believe it happened because I'm rooted/run a custom rom in combination with cold weather. My previous phone acted really strange in cold weather also (mostly the battery but it caused bugs in the system).
Rebooting my phone recovered some apps, but not all.
Try going to the Google Play store and download them again (or whatever store you use).
In my case I could not download the app as it thinks it is still installed, I could also not uninstall the app as it was nowhere to be found. I think some files got corrupted or something. I tried deleting some files myself (root is needed to explore the data/data folder) but that didn't help much.
I found no better solution than to factory reset my phone and recover an old nandroid backup.
My phone works properly now after setting it up again.

Hope you don't have the same issue as me. Try to uninstall and reinstall the app.
