[Help]Why i am getting this weird pop-up

i am getting a pop-up window in my galaxy s6 every minute and this is happen everywhere even in the homescreen or game,app and make the whole screen freeze , i have to press the back button to unfreeze it..is there a virus or what?please hepl me solve this
