Why does my phone keep on asking me to add a network when I want to sign in my Google account?

Why is phone keeps on asking mi add network when i want to sign in my google account

When i reset my phone,its says sign in,but when i click on it ,it says add network,whereby its brings some devices which i don't know.
After that i click on the button which says Back,after role the process finshed,but when opening up my email account it brings the same thing that add network,plizz help me ,huawei phone

Assuming you have at least one network in the phone when you sign into your Google account, just bypass the "add network" screen. That's in case you want to add more networks at that time.
