Email options for signing into apps

When i click sign in on various apps, it gives me an option list of which email to use to sign into the app.

What i would like to know is why an old email of mine appears along with my current email twice, a very old college email of mine and also an ex boyfriends email. I want to remove all of these and have searched and searched on how to do this. I am worried that somehow my ex boyfriends account may be linked to mine, and of course i do not want this to be the case.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like the auto-fill feature for forms.
Each field in the form has a name. Most forms use the same name for the same fields, for example "email username". The list of email addresses you see are the things you have previously typed into any form that had the same field name as the current form you are in.

The auto-fill feature does that. You have to be carefull, because it will also put your credit card automatically there. I have the same problems with other e mail addresses. I have not found out how to remove them.
