I can't watch Netflix

When I try to watch Netflix it says I have an Unblocker or proxy that needs to be turned off how do I do this on my Alcatel One Touch

I suggest contacting Netflix Support from your computer (can you access the app from your mobile as far as opening it? Maybe check your settings and see if you can access tech support from there). Tell them your name/account information and that you are having trouble with your mobile app. I have used their online tech support before - they connect you to a live chat and I had my problem resolved very quickly.

Welcome to Android Central! How are you connecting to the web to access Netflix? Via mobile data or wi-fi? If it's wi-fi, are you going through a proxy?
