Maxwest 9170k - cant enter recovery screen.

I tried all combinations that people post online, like press vol- + pwr, etc etc, and literally in all scenarios, NOTHING changes.
Like absolutely nothing, the tablet every time keeps loading into intro video then to lockscreen.
I need to do a hard reset and no matter what i press it doesnt react, at all.
Please help!

Have you tried an email to the manufacturer's customer support for the correct method? Or are you already sure that you have tried the correct method?

Not all devices allow the user to access the Recovery menu, so it may be a limitation of the device. I agree with belodion's suggestion of contacting the manufacturer.

I used to have an old tablet that didn't allow it. Since I did not have the right lead for it to connect to a PC, I couldn't use that method either.

I have tried. My softwear was erased by someone using my tablet. I need to recover said.
