No Play Store on new device

I purchased 2 phones from china market.
- Samsung A5 (2014) SM-A500 ------- Android v5.0.2
- Coolpad Note 3 (8298-A01) ---------- Android v5.1
On both phone, there is no PlayStore.
I searched online about it and learned that, china market uses another app store. And they don't include Play Store.

I installed the Play Store through apkmirror. It's Installed successfully but cannot run. It try to run with white screen but closes immediately.
Could it be fixed?

I purchased 2 phones from china market.

That's why there's no play store, and why it won't work - Play Store needs other apps to make it work. The devices are NOT the A5 and the Note 3, they're some Chinese devices with those numbers on them. What's inside is anyone's guess.

Can you make them work? Maybe, if you uninstall the Play Store app, then install GApps for Android.

CM 12, Paranoid, SlimLP (available at GApps for Android/)

Did you mean, I need to flash ROM?
