Why don't drop down menus for a companies website display?

Drop down menus for company website do not display

I need to use my company website out in the field for order fullfillments. When I select a tab where a drop down menu should display the keyboard pops up for a second and then nothing but the original tab displays. I use Chrome on the device. Thanks for any assistance (there are 100's of company website users with the same problem!)

Welcome to the forums. Maybe it's a pop-up being blocked by Chrome. You could try this. Open Chrome, tap on the three dots top right, tap on settings, select 'site settings' and check if 'pop-ups' are blocked. If so you could create an exception for that specific site.

All pop ups are allowed....any other ideas are appreciated.
