Verykool Brand Model S401: Why won't Key Pad Stay Up?

Everything today has VoiceMail Instructions with Multiple Selections. When I make a call the Key Pad goes out and you have to bring it back up every time you have to make a selection. Sometimes the keypad won't come back up. Is there a way to keep the Key Pad up during a call? Also,after you make a Voice Mail Selection,a Shrill Screech comes over the phone. You have to push the "Return" Button to make it go away and you sometimes lose that VoiceMail option. Has anyone else experienced this? Solutions?...Thanks,Mike

Welcome to Android Central! That sounds like an issue with the phone's firmware. Every dialer app I've ever used will keep the keypad visible throughout a call once you've brought it up. The screech is clearly not intended, and could be a firmware issue or some problem with the voicemail system.
