I can't make calls can't take calls. I can't play any YouTube video it says "try again". Can't even play Facebook or Twitter Instagram videos. Even the Google music player can't play the music. It's been a week now. I have been really happy with my Moto G. But now it's just frustrating like wth happened. Switching on/off worked one time. But now it doesn't work for me. I did a factory reset still it just didn't work. Is technician the answer for this?

Yes, I would believe a service call is needed. If a factory reset did not fix it, then there' s not anything else on a user level, you can do.
