I'd figure this would be a general thing, though it's on the particular Motorola Atrix unit that I have.
Been monitoring the phone for about 2 weeks using SystemPanel's monitoring feature.
And I noticed, consistently, when the phone is on the charger overnight, the tegra_spi.1 process takes 10 - 15% CPU every day from 4am through 8am without fail. After 8am, it stops.
When it's off charger, leaving it overnight, the phone's CPU usage stays under or at 3% CPU, even through 4am - 8am. Looks like the tegra_spi.1 process gets triggered only while charging.
It's not that big of a deal, since it happens only while charging, but just wondering if anyone has any insight on this process.
Not much info that I could find online on this process. Just curious what this process would be doing.
