How to clear the case after virus infection

Got a virus thing. Have not followed it's directions. Another help question said to clear the cashe. I do not know what that is. Please advise. Thx.

Welcome to the forums. Where did you see that you have a virus? Was it detected by an antivirus app or just a pop up when you were using your browser? Give us more details and we'll try to help you out.
